  • Why is your company a member of ABEC?

ADM Group strives to make a difference in the lives of the thousands of school children who are touched by the services we provide (designing and modifying the physical educational environment). Our commitment to the administrators, teachers, and staff is demonstrated by the numerous activities we are involved in with each and every one of our School District clients.  Our goal is to promote those legislators who believe in improving our K-12 legislation to provide better salaries for teachers, more funding for facilities, and overall improving the financial picture of Arizona schools.

    2. What educational issues are most important to you and why?

Our most important issue is to improve K-12 funding followed by teacher training and retention and followed by improving student test scores.

    3. In what ways does your business support the educational community?

ADM Group annually raises over $250,000 for School District Bonds and Overrides; we participate in numerous fundraising events including golf tournaments, bowling tournaments, galas, and auctions; members of ADM Group serve on several School District Foundations including Littleton Elementary, Avondale Elementary, Phoenix Elementary, Paradise Valley Unified, and Gilbert Public Schools.  Our Principal is a member of the Rio Salado President’s Advisory Board and Business Roundtable.  Annually, we fund several teacher appreciation luncheons, welcome back teachers breakfast, teacher of the year awards and student scholarships.  ADM Group employees are also involved in the Tempe-Kyrene Business Advisory Council.

    4. What do you want the educational community to know about your business?

What we want them to know about the ADM Group is that we do more than architectural and engineering design.  We truly support the communities we serve, not just for the short-term, but for the long-term.  We are committed to improving the educational environment state-wide and will always respond with a “yes” when asked will you help our School District and our students.
