TheArizona Business & Education Coalition (ABEC)in partnership with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, and the Arizona School Administrators (ASA) present the 4th Annual School Safety and Security Summit

We are glad you will be at the 2024 School Safety and Security Summit!
Where: RENAISSANCE GLENDALE HOTEL & SPA 9495 W ENTERTAINMENT BLVD GLENDALE, AZ 85305
When: Monday, April 1, 2024 8am – 4pm ß Note EARLIER START TIME!!! Tuesday, April 2, 2024 9am – 3pm
Meals included in your registration: Continental Breakfast Monday and Tuesday @ 8a each day Lunch Monday @ 11:45am and Tuesday @ Noon
Parking: Please allow time to find a parking spot and to locate the Summit meeting rooms inside the Hotel. There is limited, free parking in the West and South lots. There is a charge for parking in the garage which is your responsibility (it is not covered by your registration fee). A map of the parking areas is available on the website here.
The SCHED event name is 2024 School Safety and Security Summit.
Breakout Sessions and Descriptions: The Breakout Sessions are also available online on the website here and available on your smart device using the APP SCHED.
Meeting Rooms: The Summit meeting rooms are in the west end of the hotel. Hotel personnel at the registration desk will point you in the right direction. The Summit Plenary sessions are in Solana E, the breakout rooms are in rooms close to Solana E, and Lunch is in Solana A & B. A venue layout map is available on the website here.
